Let it dry completely. Peel off the back of the rub-on transfer and place it on the stone. Use the heifer tool to transfer the rub-on onto the stone. Paint some details on and around the rub-on transfer using the heifer tool and the brush. How to make your Zen Garden: Pour all the blue sand on the tray and slowly spread it evenly. Add the white and purple sand on top of the blue. Finish with gold dust and sequins on the sand. Place the decorated black stones and use the rake to create a pattern in the sand. Add the smaller stones.
